The pricing is determined by several variables involved including the square footage of the home, age of the home, and the number of units involved in the inspection. The lowest priced inspector is often the biggest mistake. Please consider their qualifications,  experience, training, professional affiliations far before the lowest price..especially in a state like Utah that does not regulate the home inspection industry with any legislation or licensing requirements.

The prices you see above is what you will pay for when you recieve your inspection invoice, Not a penny more. There are no hidden fees at all.

Some inspectors here in St. George Utah like to add a Surcharge for older homes and for crawlspaces that can add an extra $100.00 plus dollars to your total.
