We will match or beat any other inspection price!!!
Don't let cost deter you from getting your home inspected,or selecting the home inspector you want to do the inspection. If there is ever a time to save a few bucks this is not the time. The knowledge and peace of mind with the money you could potentially save by finding problems and defects before it is to late makes it well worth the cost.  Most CERTIFIED home inspections in the Saint George area range roughly from $200 - $500. The pricing is determined by several variables involved including the square footage of the home, age of the home, and the number of units involved in the inspection. The lowest priced inspector is often the biggest mistake. Please consider their qualifications,  experience, training, professional affiliations far before the lowest price..especially in a state like Utah that does not regulate the home inspection industry with any legislation or licensing requirements.
