ELECTRICAL:   Service equipment, wiring, sub panels, main panels, light fixtures, ceiling  fans, switches, receptacles, GFCI breakers & smoke detectors.


HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING: Air conditioning and heating equipment, electrical supply, gas lines, filters, switches, covers, ducting, drain pipes, condenser lines, insulation, disconnects, venting supply, registers, thermostats.


PLUMBING:  Water heater, water supply piping, valves, vent piping, fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers & tubs, gas meter.


APPLIANCES:   Washer and dryer, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, range, vent hood, garbage compactor, fridge, freezer.


INTERIOR: Walls, floors, ceilings, windows & doors, fireplaces & stairways.

The inspection report you will receive will be a very detailed colored report with photos. The report will come in paper hard copy, CD copy or email, Your choice.
